Hope Housing Authority is seeking self motivated individual with excellent communication skills for the position of Section 8 Coordinator / Kelly Manager for public housing, individual must be knowledgeable in the rules, regulations, laws and practices governing HUD programs, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act, the American with Disabilities Act, building codes, and the inspection of buildings. Additionally, individual must have good computer and record keeping skills, must be insurable possessing a minimum two year degree from an accredited college or university. Agency is willing to substitute education if applicant possesses five years housing experience and a high school diploma.
