LEGAL NOTICE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held by the PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION of the City of Texarkana, Texas on TUESDAY, the 17 TH day of NOVEMBER, 2009 at 12:00 NOON and the CITY COUNCIL of the City of Texarkana, Texas on MONDAY, the 23 RD day of NOVEMBER, 2009 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Second Floor, Municipal Building, located at West Third Street and Texas Boulevard, Texarkana, Texas for the purpose of considering the advisability of amending the zoning map and/or the re-platting of a subdivision and/or an amendment to the zoning or subdivision ordinance of said City. All interested parties will be given an opportunity to appear and to be heard regarding the following:
1. Z-09-26: An approximate 7.694 acre tract of land in the G. Brinlee HRS, A-18, Future Lot 3, Block 2, Waggoner Creek Crossing South Addition located on the south side of Walton Drive near University Avenue. Temp. GR to C.
