Notice is given that pursuant to Miller County, Arkansas Circuit Court Decree rendered 10/26/2009, in cause styled Peoples State Bank, Plaintiff, vs. Selden McMillin, Jr., et al, Defendants, No. CV-2009-324-2, the undersigned Commissioner will at 10:00 a.m. on 12/08/2009, offer for sale at public auction to the highest bidder at the West Door of the Miller County Courthouse in Texarkana, Arkansas, the following lands in Miller County, Arkansas: Part SW 1/4 of Section 16, Township 15 South, Range 28 West, Miller County, Arkansas, described as Beginning East 209.35 feet and North 25.10 feet from the Southwest corner of said Section 16; Thence N 41° 09’ E, 914.98 feet; Thence S 29° 39’ 06" E, 796.75 feet; Thence N 89° 48’ 07" W, 996.27 feet to the POB, containing 7.902 acres; and also an access easement the East line of said access easement described as Beginning 61.94 feet West from the SE corner of the 7.902 acre tract; Thence S 25° 55’ 32" E, 235.97 feet; Thence S 32° 34’ 08" E, 152.81 feet; Thence S 64.62 feet with Banks Road. Said sale will be on the following terms: On a credit of three months, purchaser being required to give bond with approved security to secure the payment of the purchase price, bearing interest from date of sale until paid.
