NOTICE OF FILING
APPLICATION FOR PRIVATE CLUB PERMIT
Notice is hereby given that the undersigned has filed an application with the Alcoholic Beverage Control division of the State of Arkansas for a private club permit on the premises described as:
906 North State Line Ave. Texarkana, Miller County.
Said application was filed on October 13, 2009. The undersigned states that she is a resident of Arkansas, of good moral character; that she has never been convicted of a felony or other crime involving moral turpitude; that no license to sell alcoholic beverages by the undersigned has been revoked within five (5) years last past; and, that the undersigned has never been convicted of violating the laws of this State, or any other State, relative to the sale of controlled beverages.
