Cheerleading Skills Coach Texarkana Independent School District is currently accepting applications for a Cheerleading Skills Coach. Position is part time with varying hours depending on cheerleading schedule. Duties include collaborating with cheer sponsor to provide instruction in the areas of routines, stunts, tumbling, and competition cheer at the middle and high school levels. Candidate must have a High School Diploma or GED and current CPR/First Aid certification. Bachelors’ Degree and/or AACCA certification preferred. Four years experience as a coach or participant in cheerleading is required. Position requires extensive knowledge of cheerleading skills, routines, tumbling, safety measures and rules governing public school cheerleading. Position requires stamina, endurance, and physical exertion associated with demonstrating techniques. Salary DOE.
