The Texarkana Arkansas Housing Authority will close the Section 8 waiting list December 1, 2008.  Applications will not be taken for the Section 8 Voucher Program until the present waiting list is worked and there is no need to reopen the list to meet the PHA’s voucher obligation. Public Notice will be given 10 days prior to reopening the wait list.
