NOTICE OF APPOINTMENT OF PERSONAL
REPRESENTATIVE
In the Probate Court of Miller County, Arkansas. In the Matter of the Estate of Bob J. Sharp, Deceased. No. PR-2008-193-1. Last known address of Decedent: 502 Mimosa Dr., Texarkana, AR 71854.
An instrument dated July 12, 2001, was on the 3rd day of November, 2008, admitted to probate as the last will of the above named Decedent, and Jacqueline Mae Bain has been appointed Executrix thereunder. Contest of the probate of the will can be effected only by filing a petition within the time provided by law.
All persons having claims against this Estate must exhibit them, duly verified, to the court appointed resident agent for service of process and notice, Ann Nicholas, Miller County Clerk, Miller County Courthouse, 400 Laurel, Room 105, Texarkana, Arkansas 71854 within three (3) months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or they shall be forever barred and precluded from any benefit in the estate. However, claims for injury or death caused by the negligence of the decedent shall be filed within six (6) months from the date of first publication of the notice, or they shall be forever barred and precluded from any benefit in the estate.
