The Historic District Commission (HDC) of the City of Texarkana, Arkansas will conduct an agenda meeting at 9:00 a.m. in the Boardroom of the Arkansas City Hall Building on Wednesday, March 19, 2008 and convene in regular session at 9:30 a.m. in the Boardroom of the Arkansas City Hall Building at 216 Walnut Street to consider the following:
Adopt the summarized minutes of the February 20, 2008 regular meeting.
Request by Walraven Holdings LLC (c/o Ron & Eileen Walraven), 1823 Vanderbilt Road, Texarkana, AR 71854-1424 for a Certificate of Appropriateness to perform exterior modifications to the historic Ritchie Grocery building at 200 East Front Street, consisting of the following: (1) Cut two entrances through the masonry wall on the West side of the building for loft apartment access; (2) install entrance doors for the loft apartment access on the West side of the building.
