PUBLIC NOTICE STATE EMPLOYEE CHARITABLE CAMPAIGN ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS FOR 2008 CAMPAIGN The Local Employee Committee of the State Employee Charitable Campaign (SECC) is accepting applications from Local Federations and Local Unaffiliated Organizations for participation in the East Texas Area SECC Campaign. The East Texas Area includes the counties of Anderson, Angelina, Bowie, Camp, Cass, Cherokee, Delta, Franklin, Gregg, Harrison, Hopkins, Lamar, Marion, Morris. Nacogdoches, Panola, Red River, Rusk, Sabine, San Augustine, Shelby, Smith, Titus, Upshur and Wood. Charities wishing to participate must be a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, be registered with the State of Texas, provide health and human services, and meet certain legal requirements.
