Sealed bids will be accepted between February 28, 2008 until March 5, 2008 at 10:00 a.m., at which time bids will be opened. Any bids received after this date will not be considered. SWADC reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Bidders write on sealed envelope that it is a sealed bid for Weatherization.
