NOTICE OF HEARING The Arkansas Oil and Gas Commission will conduct its monthly hearing beginning at 9am on March 25 & 26, 2008 at 2 Natural Resources Drive Little Rock, Arkansas.  The Commission will hear Docket No. 77A-2008-02, the application of the Commission Staff to declare abandoned certain wells formerly operated by C.L. Morris, Inc. and to rescind Commission Order 56-63, as amended, an order requiring unit operations of certain lands, all within the Kelly Bayou Field in Miller County, Arkansas.  This docket is brought under the authority of Arkansas Code Annotated 15-71-110, 15-72-217 and 15-72-308.  Any party opposing this application will be heard.  Notice of opposition should be filed with Mr. Shane Khoury, General Counsel, Arkansas Oil and Gas Commission, 301 Natural Resources Drive Little Rock, AR 72205 no later than close of business Friday, March 21, 2008.
