NOTICE DOCKET NUMBERS 086-2008-02 and 087-2008-02 Pursuant to the provisions of Act 105 of 1939 and/or Act 937 of 1979 of the State of Arkansas and any Amendments thereto, notice is hereby given that Pathfinder Oil and Gas, Inc., has requested the Arkansas Oil and Gas Commission to delete governmental Sections 26, Township 19 South, Range 28 West, and Section 35, Township 19 South, Range 28 West from the Kelly Bayou Field (ORN 11-63) and the Pill Branch Field (ORN 157-87). The above applications were heard by the Arkansas Oil and Gas Commission on February 27, 2008, and were continued to facilitate this notice. They are scheduled to be adjudicated at the Arkansas Oil and Gas Commission’s regularly scheduled March hearing which will take place at 9:00 a.m. on March 25, 2008, in the offices of the Arkansas Game and Fish Commission, 2 Natural Resources Drive, Little Rock, Arkansas, and will be approved at that time unless an objection is made to the deletion of the above-described governmental sections from the field rules of the Kelly Bayou and Pill Branch Fields.
