Robert George “Bob” Thompson, 68, of Texarkana, Texas, died Monday, Feb. 20, 2012, in a local hospital.

Mr. Thompson was born June 1, 1943, in Oakland, Calif. He was retired from IKON Inc., and an Army veteran.

Survivors include his wife, Lynne Thompson of Texarkana; one son and daughter-in-law, Michael and Deanna Thompson of Dixmont, Maine; one daughter and son-in-law, Tina and Louis Breen of Texarkana; two sisters, Lea Crocket of Tucson, Ariz., and Jeanette Blum of Lake Oswego, Ore.; four grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and a number of other relatives.

No services are scheduled. Arrangements will be under direction of Chapelwood Funeral Home.
