PRESCOTT, Ark.—Edmond Campbell, 70, of Campbell Town community, near Emmet, Ark., died Friday, April 20, 2012, in a Texarkana, Texas, hospital.
Mr. Campbell was born Jan. 30, 1942, in Nevada County, Ark. He was a retired fork lift operator at Potlatch, member of Antioch Missionary Baptist Church and served in the Arkansas National Guard. He was preceded in death by one son, Clint Eric Campbell.
Survivors include his wife, Betty Jo Downs Campbell of Emmet; one son and daughter-in-law, Samuel Craig and Rebecca Campbell of Hot Springs, Ark.; one brother, Wayne Campbell of Hope, Ark.; three sisters, Betty Honey of Little Rock, Carolyn Sanford of Prescott and JoAnn Sneed of Hope; and four grandchildren.
Services will be 2 p.m. Monday at Brazzel/Cornish Funeral Home with Neal Ridling and Kenneth Grant officiating. Burial will be in Harmony Cemetery, Sutton, Ark.
Visitation will be 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. today at the funeral home.
