Republican Arkansas District 11 Senate candidate Jimmy Hickey Jr. defeated incumbent incumbent Democrat Steve Harrelson in the Tuesday general election 13,896 to 12,534, according to complete but unofficial results.

Harrelson conceded the race Tuesday night to Hickey.
