The Green Texarkana Recycling Program will be held from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday. The city hall parking lot at the corner of East Third and Hazel streets next to the Texarkana, Ark., Fire Station No. 1 will be the drop-off point for various recyclable items.
