Volunteers serve food to those in need

Wind and bone-chilling rain on Christmas Day discouraged some of the needy and homeless people who ate Christmas dinner at the Central Christian Church near downtown Texarkana.
But for the needy and volunteers, sympathetic ears helped the emotions.
