Travis Old, 16, of Texarkana, Texas, recently received the Eagle Scout Award in a court of honor at Williams Memorial United Methodist Church. Travis is a member of Troop 86 and Williams Memorial UMC and is a sophomore at Pleasant Grove High School. He is the son of Gary and Nell Old of Texarkana.
