De QUEEN, Ark.—Mildred Juanita Green Johnson, 80, of De Queen died Saturday, Jan. 5, 2013, in a local hospital.

Mrs. Johnson was born Oct. 4, 1932, in Sevier County, Ark. She was a retired licensed practical nurse and a member of Assembly of God. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles F. Johnson Sr.; two sons, Charles “Chuck” Johnson Jr. and Hershel Johnson; and one grandson, Jeremy Johnson.

Survivors include two sons, Harold Johnson of De Queen and Jerry Bob Johnson of New Mexico; one daughter, Brenda Chandler of De Queen; one brother, Raymond Green of Newark Valley, N.Y.; 12 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.

Graveside services will be 2 p.m. Tuesday at Redmen Cemetery with Bill Weeks officiating. Burial will be under direction of Wilkerson Funeral Home.

Visitation will be 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
