Two new Miss Texarkana titleholders and a new Miss Twin Rivers were crowned Saturday night at the Sullivan Performing Arts Center.

Jessica Barrera is the new Miss Texarkana for Texarkana, Texas, while Kristen Lambert is the new Miss Texarkana for Texarkana, Ark.
