BRYAN, Texas—Juanita K. Maddox Boyd, 92, of Bryan died Saturday, Jan 5, 2013.

Mrs. Bryan was born Aug. 13, 1920, in Franklin, Texas. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert W. Boyd; and one son, Bobby Gene Boyd.

Survivors include three sons, Robert Boyd of Texarkana, Dr. John Boyd of Dickinson, Texas, and Jack Boyd of College Station, Texas; five daughters, Carolyn Salas of Lufkin, Texas, Sandra Dunham and Gail Hyden of College Station, Brenda Putz of Bryan, Texas, and Jeannie Taylor of Bastrop; three brothers, Elbert “Sug” Maddox of Bremond, Texas, Joe Maddox of Denham Springs, La., and Carlton Maddox of Kuna, Idaho; 25 grandchildren; 30 great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren.

Services will be 11 a.m. Thursday at Hillier Funeral Home with Monsignor John McCaffrey officiating. Burial will be in East Boone Prairie Cemetery, Franklin, Texas.

Visitation will be 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
