NEW IBERIA, La.—Stacy Wade Sewell, 38, of New Iberia died Sunday, Jan. 6, 2013, in Texarkana, Texas, of injuries from a hunting accident.

Mr. Sewell was born Jan. 31, 1974, in Lewisville, Ark. He was a Marine Corps veteran. 

Survivors include his wife, Stacie Robichaux Sewell of New Iberia; two daughters, Janie LeeAnn Sewell and Edith Glenn Sewell of New Iberia; his parents, Ronda Viles of Wake Village, Texas, and Neal and Michelle Sewell of Lewisville; one brother and sister-in-law, Shelby and Courtney Sewell of Texarkana, Texas; and a number of other relatives.

Services will be 1 p.m. Saturday at Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church with Monsignor Richard Greene officiating. Burial will be in Holy Family Cemetery under direction of Pellerin Funeral Home. Memorial services will be 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Jan. 14 at Beech Street First Baptist Church, Texarkana.

Rosary will be 6:30 p.m. Friday at the funeral home with visitation from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. and 8 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. Saturday at the church.
