NORTH LITTLE ROCK, Ark.—Arkansas Attorney General and Democratic gubernatorial hopeful Dustin McDaniel publicly apologized Tuesday for an extramarital relationship with a Hot Springs attorney, but he denied that any litigation by his office was compromised or ethics rules violated.
