• Both Taco Tico locations in Texarkana, Ark., have closed, with the owners owing real estate property and personal taxes. Last year the city sent letters to several businesses, including Taco Tico, warning them to pay up or risk closure.
Two Taco Tico Restaurants in Texarkana, Ark., have closed, with the owners owing real estate property taxes of $3,884.14 and personal taxes of $708.24, according to records.
