MOUNT PLEASANT, Texas—Noble A. Dunlap, 83, of Mount Vernon, Texas, died Wednesday, Jan. 23, 2013, in Mount Vernon.

Mr. Dunlap was born Feb. 28, 1929, in Annona, Texas. 

Services will be 11 a.m. Saturday at Bookman Temple COGIC, Mount Vernon, with the Rev. L.B. Fountain officiating. Arrangements are under direction of Tumey Mortuary.
