MURFREESBORO, Ark.—Willia Jo Ray, 90, of Murfreesboro died Friday, Feb. 15, 2013, in Texarkana, Ark.

Mrs. Ray was born Feb. 6, 1923, in Amity, Ark. She was a school teacher with Murfreesboro Public School District and member of Murfreesboro Church of Christ. She was preceded in death by her husband, Elbert Ray.

Survivors include one son and daughter-in-law, Buddy and Sherry Ray of New Boston, Texas; one daughter and son-in-law, Rebecca and Gary Rowland of Nashville, Ark.; three sisters, Eupha Watson of Murfreesboro, Mae Garner of Texarkana and Mary White of Kirby, Ark.; three grandsons, Brandon Rowland of Nashville, Brett Rowland of Fayetteville, Ark., and Dustin Ray of Lubbock, Texas; and a number of other relatives.

Services will be 10 a.m. Monday at Murfreesboro Church of Christ with Tommy Mounts officiating. Burial will be in Murfreesboro Cemetery under direction of

Latimer Funeral Home, Murfreesboro.

Visitation will be 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. today at the funeral home.
