LINDEN, Texas—Emogene Garlow, 78, of Daingerfield, Texas, died Thursday, Feb. 28, 2013, in a Daingerfield nursing home.

Mrs. Garlow was born Aug. 8, 1934, in Bloomburg, Texas. She was a homemaker. She was preceded in death by her husband, Darrell Garlow.

Survivors include two brothers, James Hinton and William Hinton; and three sisters and two brothers-in-law, Nell and Charles Lawry, Genet Hinton and Joyce and Autry Ward.

Graveside services will be 3:30 p.m. Sunday in Salem Cemetery, Atlanta, Texas. Burial will be under direction of Reeder-Davis-Schindler Funeral Home.
