Spring Lake Park earns honor

Spring Lake Park is among an elite group of historic parks recently named a Lone Star Legacy Park by the Texas Recreation and Park Society.

The 100-year-old park is one of five chosen during the 2013 TRAPS Institute and Exhibitors Expo on March 6 in Lubbock, Texas.
