De QUEEN, Ark.—Paul Stradford Davignon Sr., 76, of Lockesburg, Ark., died Thursday, Sept. 19, 2013, at his home.

Mr. Davignon was born Feb. 7, 1937, in Dallas. He was a telecommunication technician with Weyerhaeuser, a Mason and a member of Old Union Missionary Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his wife, Betty Jean Davignon.

Survivors include two daughters, Cheryl Lynn Burcham and Linda K. Steward of Lockesburg; two sons, Paul S. Davignon Jr. of Provo, Ark., and Michael Wayne Davignon of De Queen; four sisters, Dora Proffit of Abilene, Texas, Pauline Stannard of Lake Charles, La., Donna Blackmon of Tyler, Texas, and Jeannie Davignon of Plano, Texas; 15 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and a number of other relatives.

Graveside services will be 10 a.m. Saturday at Old Union Cemetery with James Gathright officiating. Burial with Masonic rites will be under direction of Wilkerson Funeral Home.

Visitation will be 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
