Arrest made in convenience store shooting exchange
A Texarkana man has been arrested for his alleged role in a shooting exchange at a convenience store earlier this month, an official said.
Davontea Smith, 18, of Texarkana, Texas, was arrested on a warrant for deadly conduct in reference to a shots fired call in the 3300 block of Texas Boulevard about 7:15 p.m. Feb. 10, said Sgt. Aaron Brower, TTPD spokesman.
When officers arrived, they were advised that numerous suspects were shooting at each other. The suspects had fled the scene when officers arrived.
On Monday, Smith was located in Caddo Parish.
A warrant has also been issued for Dominique Robertson in reference to this incident, Brower said.
