TEXARKANA, Texas --Vietnam War Veterans of America Chapter 278 will host its ninth annual National Vietnam War Veterans Day on Friday.
The observance is meant to recognize and honor all of those who served in the military during the Vietnam War. The ceremony will be 5 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. Friday, March 29, at the Korea/Vietnam Memorial at Seventh Street and State Line Avenue.
