Some Texarkana school districts open, others closed for April 8 eclipse

TEXARKANA, Texas -- Local school districts differ as to how to handle school on the day of the total solar eclipse, Monday, April 8.

In late February, Texarkana Arkansas School District was the first to make the decision to close that day.
