A 19-year-old man was arrested Tuesday night trying to break into the Miller County jail. Bobby Finley was using bolt cutters to cut the metal fence when a Miller County Sheriff Office deputy arrested him. Finley was in possession of drugs he intended to smuggle into the jail, said Scott Clark of the Arkansas State Police. ASP is conducting the investigation.
