CHEERS: To the officers of Texarkana, Ark., who were involved in my great-uncle’s funeral on Tuesday, July 1st. These officers got out of their vehicle to show respect for our loss. You touched our hearts more than you realize. Also, to the gentleman in the gray truck on the side of Highway 67, who not only removed his hat, but also hung it outside of the window, that meant a lot to us.
