JEERS: To whoever set the metal animal trap on Springwood Circle that crushed our Shih-tzu’s leg and traumatized our two little girls. Those traps are not legal when placed in areas where domestic animals might be harmed by them!! It could have very well been my daughter’s foot, as she is usually with him. Why would anyone set a trap like that in an area where kids, dogs and cats roam? If you want to trap wild animals for fun, move out to the country.—A.C., Texarkana, Texas
