TO THE EDITOR:

I was thrilled to read the overpass for the Lake Drive Railroad crossing is in the process of becoming a reality. The people in this area have been trying to see this accomplished for years. So, I’m thankful and pray it will probably become a reality instead of a dream.

I would like to know after this project is finished, will this area undergo a complete redevelopment? I’ve lived in this area all my life and as the years pass I can see everything just vanishing and deteriorating before my eyes. It’s very depressing to see the area you were raised in slow...
