TO THE EDITOR:

Who will be the next President, and what party will control Congress? The priorities of the American public, and the influences that develope them, are more important. In a democracy, our elected officials are generally a reflection of our own collective character.

The three top priorities of Americans are, national security, economic success, and re-establishment of traditional moral values--moral values, being last. Any intelligent person would agree, a sound economy, and national defense are essential, but neither assures the quality of our character....
