I would like to express my gratitude to Mr. Frank McClain for his support of Frank Coleman as president of Texarkana College. Mr. Coleman deserves the support of the administration, the faculty and the staff at Texarkana College. Mr. Coleman also deserves the support of the citizens of Texarkana and the surrounding communities whose lives are enhanced in many different ways by Texarkana College.
