TO THE EDITOR:

The Supreme Court’s decision to let a child rapist live is an outrage!  The rapist has taken a life—and ruined it!  Anyone who can abuse a child in such a horrible way does not deserve to live; and we tax-paying citizens do not deserve to have to pay for the upkeep for the rest of his/her life!  Do they really think such a person can be rehabilitated?  Obviously not, or they wouldn’t lock him/her up until death!  Another example of the thoughtlessness for American citizens.
