TO THE EDITOR:

For 30 years, it was my privilege to serve Texarkana College in several capacities, retiring in 1995 as dean of students. During much of this time, Frank Coleman, the current TC president, was my colleague. I always found Frank to be a conscientious, faithful and dedicated individual who had the best interest of the college at heart. Certainly, TC has thrived under his leadership.
