I have followed the federal case against the Texarkana, Ark., School District, especially the recent ruling issued by Federal Judge, the honorable Harry Barnes, in dismissing that case.

Judge Barnes’ dismissal of the matter brings up this question: If there is a law that dictates parents must send their children to school and I should refuse to comply with that law because the school is not required to protect my child; in lieu of my jurisdiction and my protection over my child, would Judge Barnes rule in my favor that I do not have to send my child to sc...
