I have lived in Texarkana for over two years now and have become increasingly disappointed by the lack of consideration for runners and cyclists by motorists. There are a huge number of running and triathlon groups who train regularly and are out on the roads. There are no sidewalks in this city to run or ride on, so we are forced to do so on the streets.

I live and run in the Pleasant Grove area and many motorists refuse to slow down or move an inch despite the presence of pedestrians (a great big thank you to those of you who do.) Many drivers honk at ...
