TO THE EDITOR:

In the Gazette, Thursday, April 10, in “In Our View” you wrote “Stats on High School Graduates are alarming.”

Why would anyone want an education? Why would anyone want a job? You would have to work. If you work you can’t qualify for most of the freebees: Free food, free medical care, state of art housing. Of course, you aren’t supposed to get cigarettes or alcoholic drinks, but most of the starving people can become stumbling drunk, smoke cigarettes and drive cars with shining hubcaps.
