The People’s Clinic is worthy of the support of the community and churches and I applaud their effort to address such a dire need.

However, as a Christian, a member of a local church and the leader of an organization who sees the compassion and generosity of “people of faith” daily, I am offended at the sweeping comments expressed in the staff editorial on Sunday, July 13.
