TO THE EDITOR:

I have followed with interest the recent letters to the editor and Gazette articles concerning the current situation at Texarkana College with the president, Frank Coleman, the board and the issue of his contract extension or his termination.

I want to publicly thank and commend board member Frank McClain for the sharing of information he deems to be at the heart of the matter. He has finally shed some light on what is the real issue: a board member who was elected and came to the board with her own personal agenda in hand.
