Since it is in our self-interest to have a healthier community, we are in the process of forming an advisory committee that has a sense of the extreme urgency to meet the health needs of the uninsured/underinsured in our community. This team needs the conviction and courage to implement a Texarkana Community Health Care Clinic so the health concerns of those in the greater Texarkana area can be met.
