TO THE EDITOR:

There is something rotten at Texarkana College and it is not President Frank Coleman.

President Coleman has done everything he was hired to do and then some more. Look at the facts. The college has some of the highest paid teachers in a junior college. The college is not in debt and they have a very small tax base. The enrollment is going up as are graduates.

To try to shrink Texarkana college for the benefit of Texas A&M and some personal gain be it position or ego is just wrong. This discussion of Texarkana College does not meet the Rotary I...
