TO THE EDITOR:

I cannot imagine why there would be any question concerning the renewing of Frank Coleman’s contract to be Texarkana College’s president. As a former faculty member, I can’t think of a more talented, decent, honest, hardworking supporter of the former, present and future students of Texarkana College.

I understand that Molly Beth Malcolm and a small college board faction want Texarkana College to go in “a new direction.” I ask: Exactly what direction? Be specific. Lay it out for the public to know. In light of the current national economic conditions that...
