Well, no surprise it’s business as usual concerning motorcycles and vehicles. This slap on the wrist for the truck driver who waited for the passenger to navigate and the backseat trash talker—well, it MUST have been an “accident.” Although the imposition of all penalties in this case are incomplete at this writing (8/23/08), it’s already known ... it will be slight.
