I am mad as hell with the AEP/SWEPCO electricity company and I’m not going to take it anymore!

As I am writing you this letter, my electricity has “just” been turned back on. It has been off for the last three hours. Enough is enough!

My electricity went out this evening (Sept. 30) around 5:15 as I was preparing dinner for my family. After this happened, I called AEP/SWEPCO on my cell phone to report the outage and was told that it would be back on in “15 minutes” by the male employee of the company.
